The Covid pandemic has resurfaced

Limiting people in their wish to have a proper Christmas again

However, we here at the Broad Oak, welcome you, as always, in a safe environment

 It is  no longer be MANDATORY for all hospitality venues

to keep a temporary record of customers details

HOWEVER

In order to keep all our customers safe

it is still a requirement that you DO NOT visit us if either you, your family or close associates, have been in contact with any one having had a positive test against the virus

 the government deem this necessary to prevent a further escalation in infection rates

What we will do in order to keep you safe

Although it is NOT mandatory

our team willwear a face mask \ shield, when serving you

or moving around the building 

staff will be monitored for symptoms 

hand sanitiser is provided for all on entry & at strategic points

We will take table bookings within the prescribed guidelines

and continue to socially distance all tables 

Sanitise all tables and surfaces (including condiment bottles and menu's between uses

Cutlery will be provided at the table

 

What we need you to do

Although It is not mandatory to wear a face mask on entry and when moving around the building.

 we ask that (at your discretion)

in order to protect your self, other customers and our staff, that you continue to do so 

To enable us to ensure social distancing, we ask that you book your table prior to arrival 

Please Sanitise your hands upon entry 

We will continue to provide table service 

we kindly ask you to be patient with our staff

OUTDOORS

Please order food and drinks at the bar 

Do not move the furniture it has been laid out safely to government guidelines

Children cannot be left unattended

If you display any  (or have been in contact with anyone who has) the following symptoms then please stay at home for everyone's safety:

a high temperature

a new, continuous cough

a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
